Do I have to buy the certificate from you?

It's not required — the system accepts any valid e-CNPJ. But when the certificate is ours, implementation moves faster and you have a single point of support.

What if the internet goes down during business hours?

The register keeps selling offline and syncs automatically when the connection returns. Invoices are transmitted in contingency mode, according to the Sefaz (state tax authority) rules.

Can you bring over the data from the system I use today?

In most cases, yes: product, customer and supplier records and stock balances. We review your current system's format before closing the deal.

How long until I'm up and running?

It depends on the size of your records. Simple operations go live the same week; with data migration and training, two to four weeks.

How is it billed?

A monthly fee per module and per point of sale, with no setup fee when contracted together with another Target solution. We present the price table in the demo.
