Privacy Policy

This policy explains how OC Gestão Eletrônica de Documentos Ltda. (trade name Target Business Corporation), CNPJ (Brazilian company taxpayer ID) 25.528.646/0001-77, headquartered at Av. Delegado Waldemar Gomes Pinto, 1433, Ponte Nova, Extrema/MG, Brazil, processes the personal data of people who use this website, the customer service assistant and our forms.
1. What data we collect
- Forms and requests: name, email, phone number, company, CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer ID) or CNPJ, address and the information you write about your case.
- Attached documents: a photo of your ID document, professional ID card or articles of incorporation, when you choose to send them with a certificate request or when signing up for Target Multibenefícios.
- Website assistant: the answers you choose in the conversation and, if you ask to be contacted, your name and phone number.
- Browsing: pages visited, the source of the visit (for example, an ad) and technical data about the device. Usage metrics are only collected with your consent.

3. Who we share it with
- Certificate Authorities we are linked to, for issuing the certificate.
- Accredited financial institutions, only when you request a credit proposal and only the data needed for the analysis.
- Service providers that operate the website on our behalf: hosting, email delivery, customer relationship management (CRM) system and audience measurement. They may only use the data to provide the contracted service.
- Public authorities, when there is a legal obligation or a court order.
Some of these providers may store data outside Brazil. In such cases, we require data protection safeguards compatible with the LGPD (art. 33).
4. How long we keep it
Contact data is kept for as long as the service relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the period needed to comply with legal obligations or exercise rights. Documents from the issuance of digital certificates follow the retention periods set by ICP-Brasil. Requests that did not become contracts are deleted periodically.
5. Cookies and browser storage
- Essential (always on): your light or dark theme preference, your cookie choice and the ongoing conversation with the assistant, which is deleted when you close the browser.
- Measurement (only with consent): Google Analytics 4, with anonymized IP, to understand which pages help the most.

6. Your rights
Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you may request confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about who we share it with and withdrawal of consent. Just write to the email below; we respond within 15 days.
7. Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form attachments are not stored on the website: they are delivered directly to our team. Internal access is restricted to those who need the data to provide the service.
