What you'll need to have on hand
    We schedule the validation after payment. When we contact you, you choose between a video call or an in-person visit in Extrema — and you bring your original paper ID, as required by ITI Normative Instruction No. 36/2026.

    A1, A3 or Cloud

    The difference is where the certificate lives.

    A1 · file

    Stays on the computer

    Installed on a single machine, valid for 12 months. It can't be reinstalled — if you format the computer, it's gone. Ideal for issuing NF-e (electronic invoices) from a fixed system.

    A3 · token or card

    Goes with you

    Physical media you can move between machines, valid for 12, 24 or 36 months. Ideal if you sign in more than one place.

    Cloud

    Sign from your phone

    No token and nothing to install, valid for 12, 24 or 36 months. Works on any computer or phone — and there's no media to lose.

    How it works

    From purchase to installed certificate.

    Four steps. Only the third one depends on you.

    Purchase and payment

    Build your certificate and send the order. Payment is made through our order system and the protocol number arrives by email.

    Sending your documents

    You send a photo of your ID before the session. A Registration Agent checks your details against official databases.

    Identity validation

    A video call with liveness check, or an in-person visit in Extrema. It takes about 15 minutes.

    Issuance and installation

    Once approved, the certificate is issued and, if you prefer, we install it with you via remote access.

    A physical ID is mandatory on the video call. ITI Normative Instruction No. 36/2026 now requires you to show your original paper ID during the call. A digital ID alone is not accepted — in that case, validate in person.

    We are a Registration Authority: validation doesn't go through a middleman or a notary's office. It's done by video call, anywhere in Brazil, or in person in Extrema — and the certificate is issued right after approval.

    What people ask before buying.

    Which document do I need to present?
    It depends on the certificate. For the e-CPF, a photo ID — a Brazilian driver's license (CNH) works. For the e-CPF OAB, your OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) card. For the e-CPF Health, your professional license (CRM). For the e-CNPJ, in addition to the legal representative's document, the company's CNPJ number. In every case, the document must be the original, on paper, at the time of validation.
    Which Certificate Authorities do you represent?
    We are an ICP-Brasil Registration Authority affiliated with the Certificate Authorities Syngular and Soluti. In practice, the certificate is issued under the CA's chain and your identity is validated by our own team, with no intermediary.
    My certificate is from another company. Can I switch?
    Yes. Switching means a new issuance — there is no transfer between authorities. You buy here, validate with us and from then on get support and renewal from Target. If your current certificate is still valid, it can be used to identify you, with no video call.
    How long does it take?
    The certificate is issued immediately once validation is approved. Customers who buy in the morning with their documents in order are usually signing the same day.
    Do I need to travel to Extrema?
    No. Video validation serves all of Brazil. In-person service in Extrema, MG, is there for those who prefer it, for those who only have a digital ID, and for cases where the rules require being present.
    Which should I choose: A1, A3 or Cloud?
    If you issue invoices from software installed on a single computer, A1 does the job and costs less. If you sign from your phone, travel or use more than one computer, Cloud saves you headaches. An A3 token makes sense when some system requires physical media.
